A giant red couplet, measuring 15 meters in length and 2 meters in width, once again made a stunning appearance at the Zhonghua Gate in Nanjing, marking the beginning of the Chinese New Year in the Year of the Snake.

On the morning of January 18th, the unveiling ceremony of the 10th season of "City Gate Hanging Spring Couplets Nanjing Opening Red" in 2025, jointly organized by the Propaganda Department of the Nanjing Municipal Committee of the Communist Party of China, Xinhua News Media Group, Nanjing Municipal Bureau of Culture and Tourism, Bank of China Jiangsu Branch, Jiangsu Calligraphers Association, and Jiangsu Couplets Research Association, and jointly organized by the Nanjing City Wall Protection and Management Center, Nanjing Morning Post, and Bank of China Nanjing Branch, was held at Zhonghua Gate.
